PAYMENT AND RESERVATION TERMS:  We must receive full payment for any class no later than 15 DAYS prior to the first scheduled class meeting or orientation session
to guarantee your reservation in the class.  If we cancel a class for any reason and cannot reschedule to your satisfaction, the class fee will be refunded including the cost of
study materials and manuals and any associated shipping costs to return the materials provided that they are returned in a condition suitable for reuse .  If you should have a
legitimate family emergency and have to cancel your scheduled class, we will allow you to reschedule to any available and scheduled class within the next 12 months.   If
you suffer a legitimate disability which prohibits you from taking the class, the class fee will be refunded including the cost of study materials and manuals provided they are
returned in a condition suitable for reuse but less any associated shipping costs to provide you or return the materials.  Legitimate family emergencies, illnesses or a
prohibitive disability will require statements from qualified care givers and/or verifiable or documented supporting evidence such as a death notice of an immediate family
member, evidence of significant property loss or damage, natural disaster or a similar significant catastrophe which would directly prohibit you from attending the class.
ASA has imposed a $39.00 registration and membership fee to all new students taking the 101 Basic Keel Boat Course for
the first time.  The fee will apply to any student certification requests received by ASA Headquarters on or after October 1,
2007.  This increase has been reflected in the above prices.  Prices in effect as of September 10, 2007.
